When cats meow, do different sounding meows, with different inflections, have different meanings?

yes when my cat needs help ,she is in pain or is sad she does a low medium pitch meow and when shes curious its a high pitch and when she relaxing its low pitch. all these different meows mean something different. Its just the cat "language" if u would call it.=)
