Clear throat and congestion?

So it's summer, and hay-fever is kicking in, it's never been this bad, after a benedrill and some nose spray my hay-fever will be manageable but I can't shake the congestion. My vocals are croaky and nasally, does anyone know any teas, honeys, techniques ETC I could use to clear my sinuses?
