Is 3 working sets of squats enough for my legs to develop?

I do a warmup set of like 20 with the bar, 15-17 at 135, then 2 sets of 185, i can get between 6-8 depending on how far below 90degrees i go. after that im pretty spent... I might do a set of deadlifts, but is there any need to be doing lunges or leg press after? ive been lifting close to 6 months. fyi
