Really important! How do you access your clipboard copied info, from 2 or 3 times back? I wasn't using Word.

Really imporant. I was on myspace posting a really important bulletin and i went to preview and realized i messed up, so i went backwards and it was gone. i had copied it just before hand, but then i copied an image URL over it right before i saw the info was gone. Is there any way to get it back...or do I just need to re-do it? Please. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
