What can i do to make sure that my mom doesn't get deported if TPS program is not renewed?

Im a Salvadoran american and my mom is protected under TPS which is or now was a program that protected salvadorans from deportation because they were displaced during the civil war which fought socialism in El salvador. my mom has been living in the US for 23 years more than she lived in el salvador (17) She knows english, all of us are attending universities in california (her kids) She says she is an american but that might be taken away if this program is not renewed. Remember she is here legally under this program but once it is not renewed she would be illegal and separate our family, so is there anything we can do, we have saved up 10,000 to see if we could get the legal process started.
