How would you rate my coaching?

Not very good. Seems like you favor and cater to individual players instead of the team as a whole. My guess is if you were to put a second or third string player in a game they wouldn't have a clue to what's going on. A true sign of good coaching is in the depth he has. You can't take credit of a few players natural talents and call it good coaching.
