How do i stop swearing?

i sware a lot and i want to stop because i'm christian and its just not right so i don't knowhow to quit i also want to quit for my boyfriend he is also christian and he swares as well but we both want to stop we've decided we won't marry each other (were engaged) untill we both don't sware so any tips?
