Do you think the Obama Administration should use the Patriot act against George Bush and his cronies?

How is Bush a terrorist? Afghanistan was harboring al quada and Saddam Hussein was in violation of almost all of the UN resolutions put against him after the first gulf war. Most of you are probably too young to remember, but, during the last months of Clinton's last term, Hussein fired rockets at some of our fighter jets while patrolling the no fly zone. Clinton did absolutely nothing. Hussein fired rockets at us off and on ever since the end of the first gulf war. How much evidence did President Bush need to justify taking our Hussein?
